By accessing and using PropJuice ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

PropJuice provides sports analytics, predictions, and betting insights through ensemble machine learning models. Our Service includes:

• Sports game predictions and player prop analysis across NFL and NBA
• Multi-model analytics with consensus confidence scoring
• Bet tracking and performance analysis
• Featured parlays and betting recommendations
• Educational content including the "From the Cave" podcast and knowledge center

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of PropJuice, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Understand that all predictions and analytics are for informational purposes only
• Be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction if you choose to place bets based on our analytics

5. Subscription & Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• Free trials may be offered to new users at our discretion
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; contact [email protected] for refund requests
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use PropJuice to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our predictions, analytics, or model outputs
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms or models
• Resell or commercially redistribute any content from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, and data on PropJuice — including our AI models, predictions, analytics, branding, and software — are owned by PropJuice and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropJuice and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property rights) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of PropJuice after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
